Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I substituted corn for the beans because I am not a fan of beans. Also, I probably used at least 1-1/2 tablespoons of chili powder. And finally, when I put it on my plate I topped it off with just a sprinkling of cheddar cheese. I know it added calories but boy, was it worth it!
