Very pretty and reasonable with the calories.
I've made this using fat free Cool Whip, everyone loved it, because many don't like yogurt at all, or aren't allowed to have it. Artificial sweetners are fine, honey is not liked in this house, either. It's not like you eat tons of this, anyway.
Why ruin a great parfait with artificial sweeteners? Use some honey instead, 20 calories per teaspoon and all natural.
