I put in 1 sliced plum tomato instead of cauliflower and only used 6 oz nonfat greek yogurt. I came up w/ 97 cals per serving. It's VERY good!
Love the recipe. I like it so much as it tastes fresh, delicious and the ingredients are great and of course not fatening.
This is delicious! Tastes rich and moist and is actually very healthy and high in protein.
