Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I doubled this, wasn't sure about broc; says "2 c florets" at the top, but "4 stalks, use all of two" in directions. Used ~5 cups, using all the stalk for about 1/2. I used half-n-half instead of cream for lower fat, still tasty. All extra sharp cheese was too sharp, added some medium. Tasty!
