This was yummy! I wasn't sure about the cottage cheese, but it was very good! I used fat free cool whip and didn't taste any different. Carbs are pretty high though, will only make on special occasions or taking to a potluck-too tempting to have leftovers in the house.
I have made this receipe with variations - use frozen strawberry-mango-pineapple with sugar free jello it is great - also am making with frozen berries to see how that tastes - taken it to work & everyone loves it - passed out the receipe and people rave
Very good! Tastes like much more calories.
