Nutrition & Calorie Comments

My family loves these. I substituted the sugar for 2 tbsp. of honey (1 would have been sufficient). I chopped a small bag of raisins because I made mini-muffins and the kids like it when they don't know they are raisins. I like to add a little orange or lemon zest, also.
These muffins are awesome!
I added walnuts and chopped dates, and cut out the sugar.
What i like about these muffins, is there is NO sugar in the recipe--but the small amount on top which gives it all the flavour you need! Excellent!
Loved this recipe, made it with honey instead of sugar substitute, (it gives me headaches), was short on milk and used some fat free vanilla yogurt (ended up being half and half) turned out great. My family ate them all in one day... My one year old even liked them. Thanks!
