Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I loved this recipe. I used diced tomatoes because I had them in my pantry and also used cajun seasoning instead of cayenne pepper. I need to buy cayenne pepper to avoid the salt added to the food but I didnt use salt in the recipe to negate the salt in the cajun seasoning.
