Added some cumin, apple, and instead of light salad dressing, I used Miracle Whip Free (fat free).
I've made this chicken salad and it is very good. I have some great variations to try..add some low-fat vanilla/plain yogurt and some cut up apples. The yogurt makes it much creamier and you don't need as much Miracle Whip.
