Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I have a recipe that is a staple for me. 2 frozen bananas, 1 cup Almond milk, 1 tsp cocoa powder, 2 tbsp PB2. It's amazing and not too many calories
Also if you are vegan or trying to up your protein, why not use chocolate plant based protein powder.
My recipe uses Orgain organic chocolate protein powder, cacao, almond milk, half banana and peanut butter powder with lots of ice. More nutrition and less sugar and fat. Also tasty.
Can you say DESSERT! I used protein powder and substituted unsweetened chocolate powder for Swiss Miss. Quick, easy and satisying.
I printed this off and am adding protein powder for breakfast tomorrow. Sounds so easy and so delicious. Going to bed so I can get up and try it.
Can't rate this recipe, I can't eat bananas- raises my blood sugar to high.
I add my protein powder to it to get an extra boost of protein and it has become my standard morning drink.
I love this chocolate peanut butter banana smoothie recipe! I added two scoops of protein powder! Yummy!
protein amount is great. Fiber too low....
I added a scoop of protein powder to this chocolate peanut butter bananam smoothie recipe! Yummy!!
I am still not sure about the protein...so sugary. I make a smoothie with peanut powder, banana, and almond milk...very good
I added ground flaxseed and whey protein powder plus half a cup of Go Lean Kashi cereal.
Very good. BUT, this is for 2 servings, so at 315 calories, I think I'll save this for a cheat day.
It's delicious. I recently started using almond milk and decided to use the recipe calculator to figure the calories in the recipe. Came up with quite a few more calories -- so checked the calories in your recipe. The peanut butter and banana calculations are too low. Am I missing something?
Hi, Any suggestions on how to cut the carbs in this recipe, would like to try this today.
I'm avoiding dairy in my food plan, so I used almond milk instead and added some protein powder and crushed ice to it to make it a complete cold summer meal.
Taste is great! Some simple changes makes protein goes up and carbs come down. I drank the whole thing for breakfast meal.
Tasty but didn't fill me up for breakfast. I ended up drinking the whole thing. Will try again using some of the other suggestions like adding Fiber One or Protein Powder and probably a whole banana.
Excellent recipe.....but....if you can drink Almond Milk it is a wonderful substitution for the milk.....0 carbs!!! I used unsweetened Vanilla almond milk and one pkg of Swiss Miss Diet mix....mmmmmm!
