I added onion as well (about 1/4 of a cup) and also added the parmesan at the end.. it makes things a bit easier. But before, I softened the broccoli in water with salt.
Great receipe!!! not sure about the oil except to fry the garlic a tad. to me it seem a bit of overkill, next time I will make it without to cut out calories and fat. I did add tuna to add a bit of protein to it and to make a complete lunch...REALLY GOOD!!!
