Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This is a keeper. I steamed the potatoes and used the ingredients as listed. Once cooked, I did add a little sea salt to them. Just incredible.
Didn't have sea salt, so I used regular salt- but they were delicious!
Wow these were GOOD. I also skipped the steaming part, and just microwaved the quarters for 3 minutes before adding them to the oil mixture. I dipped them in 1 TBS. fat free sour cream mixed with chives....very rich and decadent without all the calories and fat. Great recipe!
