Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This soup was pretty good. I didn't have taco seasoning so I added extra garlic, cayenne pepper, cumin & chili powder. I also used a stick blender at the end and added a dollop of light sour cream when serving. It has a lot of flavor which is tough to find in a low fat meal. Definitely a keeper!
