This came out really good. Definitely don't cook it for an hour though! I baked it for 45 minutes and it was a little overcooked. Also it calls for butter in the ingredients and it does not say anything about butter in the directions, didn't end up using the butter at all though. Used 1/4 c Sugar to
It says cook for an hour. Really watch this b/c I put it in for 55 min and it was almost too done. Also it calls for sugar but doesn't say how much. I put 1/4 c and it made it sweet enough. I would make this again!!
