Just joined so I have a lot of less healthy ingredients hanging around. I do NOT recommend using ground beef and full fat cheese. Had to blot the grease and put it back in to finish cooking the egg! But I'll try it again right since my ever so picky husband did eat it. (little bland but versatile)
