Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

My shortening was coconut oil. Added extra 1/3 c sugar & 1/3 c choc chips. Thought they were "gummy" but they just weren't cooled yet. "Next-day" flavor of these is delicious. These are a little dense but moist, and they freeze well. Thanks for a great recipe!
