Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Great recipe! I added spinach, black pepper, and salt to the food processing along with the garlic and onion! Worked well between two toasted slices of whole wheat bread. It was fantastic!
It took a lot more of the bread crumbs than called for in the recipe. I baked some, and fried some in a little oil, just to see the difference. Frying wasn't worth the extra fat and calories. I also used jalepinos instead of green peppers. Ohhh so yummy! Thanks for the recipe! Loved it!
