Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Excellent. I used seasoned rice vinegar instead of the white wine vinegar and sugar. I think the calories are off though. I think the calories were calculated using 1 cup of cooked brown rice instead of 1 cup of dry brown rice which is what you start with.
