I made it with mixed berries and used sugar free/fat free pudding. Very good!
Made this last night for the whole family plus guests (6), I increased the milk by about a cup according to the directions on the pudding box, used mixed frozen berries for the bottom, and then topped it with some black currants from my garden which I simmered in a little chianti with a little sugar
I used sugar free pudding and fresh raspberries from my garden.It was delicious.
