omg..so good ! I used the 2 tsp of espresso instant powder and 1/3 cup brown sugar instead of splenda. Also only 1 tsp of powdered sugar on top (it was plenty). I can't wait to try with diet soda or mango juice as some suggested.. is it the same quantity coke as apple juice ? Great as is though..

FANTASTIC! I made this for Memorial Day - no one could believe it was "low fat" and all the picky eaters in the family couldn't find the dates!
This is a Wonderful cake that cures the chocolate craving and toppins with a tsp of smuckers sugar free jelly in flavor of choice and a small tbl spoon of sugar free whip cream for a treat for less than 200 calories a slice. YUmmy!!
I wonder if you could substitute some applesauce for the sugar/splenda?
5/5 Great cake, I subsituted mango juice for apple juice and instead of *splenda I used 1/3 c sugar (not to sure I want to be putting *splenda in my body). Great RecipeThanks for sharing!
