Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I altered this a bit - forgot the garbanzo beans so left them out and used whole cans of beans which I drained and rinsed to lower sodium. I love balsamic vinegar which I used instead of the cider and since it is sweeter to my taste I added less suger (splenda, 1 Tbs) - It tasted great to me.
