This is actually baking in the oven as I type! I switched 98% fat free cream of chicken for the mushroom (DH & I don't love mushroom), used fat free sour cream, just a 10 oz pkg of peas instead, and I got about 169 calories per serving. Sounds delicious, can't wait to try it!
