Tortellini Soup Recipes

A lower fat version of a family favorite - makes enough for a large family gathering!

This meal comes together SUPER fast! A very hearty dish that goes great with a salad. It's also versatile--add additional vegetables or even a can of drained and rinsed cannellini beans for more protein.

This is a yummy soup I threw together after Thanksgiving. It's great way to use up the extra turkey! Peas and corn would be a great addition too. I hope you enjoy!

This tortellini soup has a slight curry flavor. It is a quick meal and is prepared all in one pot. It's a family favorite and gets the cook in and out of the kitchen in less than 30 minutes.

This delicious, satisfying soup uses leftover chicken and is simple to make.

This made-for-pressure-cooker-soup is tasty, healthy, and versatile. You can sub chicken for the pheasant. Brussels sprouts are wonderful in it and spinach would be a good add-in. You can use noodles instead of tortellini.

This could be made low-sodium by using low sodium chicken broth. This recipe could easily accommodate additional vegetables, as well.
