This isn't a lasagne, it's a hotdish. All the carbs come from the sugar in the ragu sauce. Choose a no sugar added brand or better yet, make your own.
This looks okay, but it does have carbs!
How can this be called no carb lasagne. I see 23.9 less the fiber 4.9 for a total of at least 19 digestible carbs.
