    1 cup of ricotta
    1/2 cup parmesean cheese
    1 cup fresh mushroom.

Directions

Add to 2 quart pot and cook until done.
Add spices as wanted and needed.

    This isn't a lasagne, it's a hotdish. All the carbs come from the sugar in the ragu sauce. Choose a no sugar added brand or better yet, make your own. - 4/3/13
