Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I used wholegrain crackers, reduced fat cheese, and substituted deli mustard with horseradish. No layers; just mixed it all together and baked. I mashed the carrots, and the second time I made it, added chopped leftover zucchini. Big hit at potluck!
Similar to a recipe I had but easier and lower in calories. Very tasty!
