Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I love carbonara & I love this lighter & healthier version even better! I added a slight twist by subsituting half & half with homemade plain low-fat yogurt, & it turned out beautifully.
Thanks! - this is one of my husband's favorites & he isn't aware that this is lower fat than what I used to make.
Our family had this the other night and it was awesome. No one had any idea that it was so low in fat because it had so much good flavor. Don't understand the comment about too much fat because this recipe had less than others I found here and it was so good to boot.
I'm looking for a way to make Spaghetti Carbonara that is reasonably healthy. May I respectfully ask what is low fat about this recipe?

The revised version looks much better. Thanks!
