Thank you for this recipe! I am on South Beach Phase I, day 4. It's great, but I can't eat eggs every morning. I had this morning with Joseph's Sugar Free Syrup (delicious). I didn't add any splenda or sweetner and didn't miss it.
Even if we were not looking for low carb alternatives that work for a family that likes whole grain pancakes -- we really like this recipe! We've been looking for something like this since l.c.'ing began in our home! Hearty.
