Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I added celery salt instead of regular salt, reduced the oil. Did not use the hot peppers. It took longer to cook than I expected, but did not want to chop the veggies too small cauliflower breaks up too easily as it cooks. I added peas for extra protein.
