Wow, practically impossible to eat just one! I made this with 1/2 Splenda and 1/2 sugar (sometimes all Splenda can have a slight aftertaste) and I used about 1/2 the black walnuts called for since their flavor is so powerful, and I plan to make this again soon! An excellent, not-too-sweet treat!
