Turkey Sausage and Black Bean Soup
This is a great, low fat, high protein soup. You can make it as spicy as you like. If you are concerned about sodium you can use ground turkey and add spices that you like and use low sodium tomato paste. To add a new dimension you can also grill the sausages, chop them up and add them to the soup.
