I made this tonite for dinner and it was a big hit! I cooked the apples in a separate skillet while the medalions were cooking. I used less butter (2tb) and Splenda Blend brown sugar, about 2 tb. Very easy and quick! This recipe is going to be used again and again, I'm sure! Thanks for sharing
I tried this recipe last week, very good. Only changes I made were less butter & 1/2 the brown sugar & 1 pk of sugar substitute.
