Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Eggs are left out of the initial recipe ingredients - I don't know how that effects the overall calorie content. That said, I made it using the equivalent quantity of Egg Beaters, light cheese and a fat reduced ham, and added chives in for flavor. It turned out well, and my children ate it!
