Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

We make this receipe back home,we don't put tomato paste just water,lemon juice,mint and unpeeled garlics and salt to taste, for the sauce.I also put chopped garlic for the rice and meat stuffing,but mine cooks in 1 hour.We have along the side of this dish a yogurt, dried mint and cucumber salad.:)
