I think your calorie calculations are going to be way off if you use Boston Butt instead of pork tenderloin. Boston Butt has about 300 more calories A POUND than tenderloin. That's why it tastes SO good as pulled pork. 😊
This pulled pork is seriously good! I left out the salt and then salted to taste!

This was so simple, I used Sonny's bbq sauce, and it was fantastic. I bought an 8 lb. boston butt left off the salt and pepper, PORK has plenty of sodium. Did everything else just as the recipe says. AMAZING taste. Also had enough to freeze for a later time. Didn't use buns, just pulled pork.
