This is OK...but I had to double the sugar to be able to handle plain yogurt in this form. Next time I'll use vanilla yogurt, I think, and then maybe I won't need any sugar. ALSO, note that you can't mix the pumpkin seeds in ahead of time, add them in right before you eat this.
