This is a fantastic low carb recipe! I used 1/2 c caramel sf syrup as suggested by cyndidavisusa below and reduced the water to 1/2 c. It took about an hour to set up. Eating it fresh out of the oven when it is warm great!
This is awesome! I used .2 water & .5 SF caramel syrup in place of the sweetener & extract. Next time I will try eggnog or Kahlua flavor. Really easy. I had one for breakfast! My diabetic DH loves it too! Thanks for a great simple low carb recipe!
