Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I recently added yams to our diet to make it healthier and was looking for an easy way to season them. I sprinkled mine (after being cooked in my slow cooker) with cinnamon and added a pat of butter, you were so right "tastiest sweet potato you will ever have!" I omitted the salt.
