This is my version of Chex Mix, I'm never a fan of the pretzels, Wheat Chex, or anything other then Corn Chex, Rice Chex, peanut's OR cashews.
I'm POSITIVE you can cut down the fat by using less butter OR light butter, but I'd rather have a 1/2 cup of the good stuff instead of a cup of the light version.
Feel free to portion it any way you want, I usually like to have between 1/2-1 cup serving...depends on how many calories you have left for the day. =)Submitted by: LAURVICK
