Very yummy! Although it only made 6 pancakes for me. I couldn't imagin stretching it to make 18, they'd be the size of a quarter! It used one TBSP of olive oil and 1 TBSP of trivia and 1 TBSP of sugar. Next time I'll skip the evoo for less cal. These were a 120 each the way I made them.
