Good chance a lot of the sodium comes from using pre-cooked/packaged chicken. It's easier but it will add sodium. I may try this but cook my own chicken (can cook it at 425 for 15-20 minutes!
I haven't made this but I would look for Healthy Choice Cream of Chicken Soup which should be lower in sodium.
Is it the soup that makes the sodium so high? It sounds delicious, but any ideas for replacing the soup? Thanks.
