Really good! I love spinach and eggs together. So yummy! The only addition I would make to the dish is maybe a sprinkle of Ms. Dash seasoning of your choice to combat the lack of salt. I know, it has bacon, but not enough to really flavor the spinach. But, that said, this will be a go to recipe
