I think a low fat cheese, less butter and also skim milk would make this a truly healthy recipe. Otherwise its really just mac n cheese with some added protein from chicken
skim milk and less butter would also lower the fat if you do use velvetta
Is there a healthier alternative than using Velveeta? Wouldn't some low fat cheddar be better?
