Made this for me and the boyfriend tonight and I'd have to say it was very good! I omitted the onions and tomatoes because I don't like them. However the only thing I would change is the brown sugar. Maybe 1 or 2 tsps of the brown sugar and add barbaque instead. Was still very good! Submitted by:

Made this yesterday & it was a hit! Used ground turkey, omitted the cream, soy instead of worstershire sauce since I didn't have any, old fashion oats instead of the bread crumbs and only 5 tsp instead of 6 of the brown sugar. Because of the oats cook about 5 minutes longer. It was yummy!! Submitted by:

Tweaked it for diet and it's great! Based on other reviews I used turkey instead of beef, I omitted the salt and the whipping cream. I also used oats instead of bread crumbs and salsa instead of diced tomatoes- gave it good flavor! About 111 calories each muffin! Will make more sauce next time! Submitted by:

I doubled the recipe so there was enough for my family and would have some left over. When doubling I used 1 pound of beef and 1 pound of ground turkey. It was extremely good! The only change I would make next time is cut the brown sugar in half. Submitted by:

Holy moly are these things perfect. They're perfect proportions and have a great taste to them! I ate them for two weeks straight I liked them so much. I've been making this for over 5 years now and it's still a favourite in our house. I use extra lean ground beef, low-cal BBQ sauce instead of the ketchup, omit the heavy cream, use Rice Krispies instead of bread crumbs, and if I have it- Splenda Brown Sugar blend. Wonderful moist meatloaf! My husband told me to throw out all my other meatloaf recipes. I love the portion control ('cuz we definitely would have eaten more if we hadn't been limited to just 1).
