This sounds like a tasty meal! @ wifeinlaw, you could use low sodium broth and soy sauce and rinse the bean sprouts and water chestnuts prior to adding them to the meal, should help lower the sodium content some.
I substituted real chicken for the "chicken soy" and it was very tasty. And the calorie count was really only around 250 per serving.
I am having a problem with the health factor on this dish... over 1,000 calories high fat and sodium that can kill you.. sounds like good food but think I'll pass..
