Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Since becoming a vegetarian there are certain types of sandwiches... BBQ pulled pork, sloppy joes, and especially good chicken salad. I'm excited to try this. Just one question. Bread is usually 100 calories a slice, how can one sandwich only be 208 cals? Is the bread included in the cal. count?
Sounds yummy, but without measurements for the ingredients, I can'ttrust the calorie or other NV for this recipe.
