Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I made it with skim milk and added 1/4 cup chopped pecans.
It came out a little dry after 25 min, the additional fat in the milk would have helped. Good flavor and easy.
I added more sugar to this like more than 3/4 of a cup. The calorie went up. As well I added a bit more oil to this. Its being baked right now.
