I'm not worried about the vodka because the alcohol cooks out. I'm sure there's a substitute for those morally opposed to alcohol. I made this tonight and it rocks, my picky family ate it all up. It's a lower calorie substitute for fast food fried chines chicken dishes. It will replace our take out!
