Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I couldn't find low sodium bbq sauce, but it still tastes really good with regular! I've made it three times in the last month!
Made this for a family get together and everyone loved it. Have a 5 lb pork loin roast (trimmed of fat) in the slow cooker now. Plan on putting the leftovers in the freezer for a night when I'm short on time.
Overall good, but I did jazz it up a bit with some garlic salt, brown sugar, mustard and ketchup.
I was excited to try this, but I didn't like it at ALL. It tasted sugary and the sauce was thin. I grew up on Memphis-style pulled pork and was hoping for a true bbq flavor, but this is not it.
This was amazing and so, so easy. I added about half a cup of Splenda brown sugar blend and some garlic and cooked it for about 6 hours...amazing. Thank you!
I loved this recipe! We added brown sugar and salt to the sauce after the pork was shredded in it! Delicious!
My family found this recipe to be ok. Maybe it's the soda and BBQ sauce that I used (I used Coke Zero and regular BBQ sauce because I couldn't find low sodium), but the sauce came out very thin and sweet-tasting. I prefer BBQ to be thicker and more tangy.
I made this using chicken breasts. It was wonderful. If you didn't tell anyone, you couldn't tell that it wasn't pork. I added dijon mustard, worcestershire sauce, red pepper flakes, garlic & salt. I just kept experimenting until the flavor was just right. My husband & son both ate 2 sandwiches
Wow! Super easy and flavorful. I used regular barbeque sauce (no low sodium) and was pleasantly surprised. Even better warmed up the next day! Great for the whole family and smelled amazing. Thanks!
