husband did not like these...but I did I ground fiber one cereal for the pysllium... I used egg white only and omitted the salt, added poultry season instead...I make them and freeze for my lunch
Being a fan of the regular meat loaf muffins made me want to try this recipe. It's great! These contain more of the things I should be eating and less of the bad. Great healthy spin and can't beat the Fiber.
