Next time I plan to add the apples and the cinnamon and sugar throughout the bread.
I am making it for Father's Day...I'll post back when I've tasted it. :D It sounds delicious though.
I make something very similiar to this, I use apple cider instead of milk/water, and i "marinate" the sliced apples in cinnamon sugar before adding to the cake, and then drizzle the remaining juices from that onto the cake too before baking...super yummy!
